Argentina Knocked out by Germany
Argentina sadly was knocked out by Germany making Germany a strong contender for winning this years World Cup!
England make it through followed by the USA
I was sitting on the edge of my seat as I watched England make it through to the World Cup followed by seconds later the US scoring their goal against Algeria securing their place in the next stage of the world cup. This is indeed nail biting times and a kudos goes out to both teams on one of the most interesting turn arounds this world cup!
Still all to play for to take home the big prize!
England takes a big blow with a draw against Algeria
England last night took a blow by drawing against Algeria. Algeria was seen to be the easist team in the group and now this means England MUST win the next match on Wednesday to go through to the next stage. In reality the next game is set to be the hardest one they will take part in and a win is not looking promissing.
Final Score: Netherlands 2 – 0 Denmark
The Netherlands takes the winners seat after beating Demark 2-0 in their first world cup game.
